I'm thinking that Eve may be an alien. (No offense, Eve. Really. Some of my best friends are aliens) She has such an otherworld-y way of seeing ordinary places. And she has some how been able to capture that in film. Or she may just be very talented at what she does. Either way, you should visit her etsy shop where you can share in her captured visions.
Right now, Etsy is overflowing with lockets. Loads and loads. Most of which are beautifully decorated on the outside. With ornate filigree or maybe even hand painted. And while I appreciate their beauty or the skill that went into making them, the ones that I am drawn to always seem to be simple brass lockets with a treasure waiting inside.
Maybe it stems from being the middle child in a poor family and never getting to have anything just for myself. Hmm, maybe. I love the idea of these lockets being just for you to peek at.
My two absolute favorites....

Hi everybody:) Just wanted to give you a heads up, tomorrow I will be posting a bunch of new pendants to my etsy shop. Prolly in the afternoon some time. Have a lovely weekend (whats left of it anywhoo)!!
My new copper pendants are going over like gangbusters. And I am mostly shocked because I am a shockingly bad photographer. This post was supposed to let you guys know about the 16 new pendnats I added last night, but now 10 of them are gone. Completely shocked.
I am feeling very Sally Fields right now, "You like me...You really like me"
Meet the second hand dogs who have come to live with us
extremely shy/sensitive (which is why he is hiding under the coffee table), huge, sweet, slow, patient, strong (shockingly so for a 5 month old puppy), likes bieng chewed on by gallant, likes trapping gallant with one paw.
gallant
I'm still adjusting to the pace of these puppies. Joel and I keep saying things like, "Did it take this long for Hockley to be housetrained?", "Did Hockley ever chew on our shoes?" "Did we ever take Hockley outside only to have him wait to pee until he comes back in?". Which lead me to my new nickname for them both, Not Hockley.ridiculous energy, needy, whiny, barky, licky, smart, super smart, super sneaky, can't sit still long enought to be photographed (made obvious by blurry picture), loves carrots.
